From everyday bespoke orders to high-end weddings, contracts, and large-scale events, our workload is varied, creative, and fast-paced.
We are often looking for passionate, experienced, and reliable talent to join our friendly team on a full-time, part-time, or ongoing freelance basis.
We are seeking skilled florists with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional floristry experience. Working from our Lightwater studio offers a role where no two days are the same, covering everything from everyday retail designs to grand event installations.
Floral Design: Create high-quality bouquets and arrangements with speed and accuracy across styles including modern country, domed, asymmetrical, meadow-style, and deconstructed designs.
Events & Contracts: Produce high-end floral designs for luxury contracts, weddings, and bespoke venue setups to an exceptional standard.
Flower Care & Stock Management: Process, condition, and care for fresh stock to ensure maximum longevity and minimal wastage.
Operational Duties: Maintain a clean, organised studio, handle customer queries professionally, and drive company vehicles for site visits, setups, and deliveries when required.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a professional floristry environment.
Deep knowledge of flower varieties, foliage, conditioning, and design techniques.
Proven track record in high-end event and wedding floristry.
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Good spoken and written English, alongside comfortable computer literacy.
Willingness to drive a company van for business needs. A clean UK driving licence is required.
Positive, flexible "can-do" attitude and a genuine pride in your work.
We are building a strong pool of dependable freelance florists to join our team for regular weekday shifts, weekends, busy seasonal periods, and event setups.
Step seamlessly into a busy studio environment and work independently or alongside our core team.
Translate customer briefs into exceptional arrangements, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and keep up with seasonal trends.
Support on-site setups and transport requirements, including driving company vans for deliveries and event installations where required.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a floristry retail or studio setting.
Versatility across various floral aesthetics, with expertise in luxury events and venue work.
Strong organisational skills and complete dependability during peak production periods.
Flexible availability, including early starts, weekends, and occasional evenings.
Valid driving licence and comfort driving a van is highly advantageous.
