Terms & Conditions: Free Bridal Bouquet Offer (Up to the value of £100)
1. Eligibility: This offer is available to clients who book Lily’s Flowers for their wedding floral services with a minimum total order value of £2,000 (including delivery and setup fees and VAT).
2. Redemption & Booking: To qualify for the free bridal bouquet, the wedding date must be officially secured in the company diary. A booking is considered "secured" only upon receipt of a confirmed booking deposit.
3. Minimum Spend Requirement: The minimum spend of £2,000 must be maintained throughout thebooking. If the order value falls below £2,000 due to items being removed or changed after the initial booking, the offer for the free bridal bouquet will become void.
4. Offer Limits:
This offer is redeemable once per wedding booking. It cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special offers. There is no cash alternative or credit provided if the free bouquet is not used.
5. Bouquet Specifications: The free bouquet consists of a standard hand-tied bridal bouquet designed to complement the wedding's agreed colour scheme. Any upgrades to premium flowers, exotic varieties, or complex cascading/trailing designs may incur an additional surcharge.
6. Substitutions: All floral products are subject to seasonal availability. In the event that specific flowers are unavailable due to supply issues or weather conditions, the florist reserves the right to substitute with flowers of equal quality and value that maintain the integrity of the design.
7. Cancellations: In the event of a total wedding cancellation, the booking deposit remains non-refundable as per standard business terms. If items are returned or cancelled and the adjusted order total falls below the £2,000 threshold, the cost of the bridal bouquet will be added back to the final invoice
