At Lily's Flowers, we design and deliver our own stunning flower arrangements in and around Lightwater, Surrey, 6 days a week.

Same Day Delivery Monday to Saturday Please Order before 12pm

Our delivery options include:

• Same-day delivery £7.00 (orders placed before 12pm)
• Local delivery next/future day £6.00
• Local delivery AM/PM guaranteed £8.00 (Not available for same-day delivery)
• National UK Delivery from £6.00 via our preferred relay
• or Click & Collect from the store FREE - 2 hours notice required
• We dont usually deliver on a Sunday, however for any special ocassion on a Sunday like Mother's Day, price will be clearly indicated at checkout. Higher fee's may apply. But you can take full advantage of our usual delivery pricing structure by having your order a day or two early.

Delivery:

• Standard Delivery Fee: Next/Future Day £6 - Your order will be delivered between 9am and 6pm on the selected date. We optimise routes for a greener footprint.
• Specific time: Contact us before ordering for a specific time slot (additional fees may apply and cannot be guaranteed) or use the AM delivery service
• Sundays & Holidays: For special occasions like Mother's Day, Christmas, or Valentine's Day falling on Sundays, delivery fees will apply – checkout will show the details.

Recipient not home?

• Neighbour drop-off: If the recipient is unavailable, we might leave the flowers with a neighbour.
• Doorstep delivery: In safe locations, we may leave the gift at the doorstep, following industry practices. If we have exhausted both options, we will return the item to the workshop.
• Calling card: We'll always leave a note informing the recipient where their floral treasure awaits.
• Redelivery: Sender or recipient can contact us before 3pm if you require a redelivery attempt.
• Pick-up at the workshop: If an attempted delivery fails, the recipient is welcome to collect from workshop during opening times.

Small print:

• We prioritise timely deliveries for funerals. Redelivery time slots and specific time requests may be subject to management discretion.
• While we strive for later timeframes, later than 3pm deliveries are rarely guaranteed.

Lily's Flowers Delivery Policies:

At lily's, we strive to deliver your beautiful blooms exactly when and where you want them. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please keep the following in mind:

• Recipient Availability: If the recipient is expected to be unavailable for an extended period (e.g., on holiday) when delivery is scheduled, please notify us beforehand. Unfortunately, lily's cannot replace flowers left due to recipient absence.
• Delivery Address Accuracy: Double-checking the delivery address is crucial. While our team will do their best to retrieve and redeliver misplaced orders due to incorrect addresses, a redelivery fee may apply. If retrieval is impossible, the full order value will be charged, and refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.
• Communication is Key: To avoid any delivery issues, please provide accurate recipient information and clear instructions at the time of ordering. If you have any concerns or need to update details, feel free to contact us right away. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. If you experience any delivery challenges, please reach out to our friendly team.
