Booking: Flower School bookings are non-refundable. However, we can accommodate date changes or transfers to other classes, extra fees may apply depending on class value, credits are not given but extra material/flowers maybe granted. Gift Vouchers: Flower School gift vouchers can only be redeemed for classes and cannot be used for products or delivery services. Private Classes: Booking a private class grants you exclusive access to the room and tutor. All materials used during the class, including flowers and foliage, are yours to keep.
